Losing weight during the NCAA’s

Yep, folks, I’ve come up with a great weight loss plan!  I love March and all the basketball tournaments; however, it’s a lot of sitting – not to mention the same boring commercials over and over!

I’ve come up with this plan: For every game I watch, I’ll walk on the treadmill during the first half or second half of the game!  Isn’t this genius??!
